Peggy and I are so pleased to announce that Premiere Land Services (PLS), is getting back in the business of providing excellent land services to our current and future partners!

Of course, we are here for all facets of energy-related project work, but we are opening doors and avenues not as conventional for a brokerage firm. Stay tuned as we all prepare for new and exciting ways to operate!

The person who convinced Peggy and I to re-ignite PLS is David Shiflett. David is a fantastic ambassador to carry on the traditions we believe in at PLS! A former Agent for PLS over the years, David came to us with a notion to carry on the PLS Brand, but in new and exciting ways!

Land work is first and foremost about integrity. We fought for those values along the way with our late, dear friend, Art Primeau. Art’s mantras still resonate as we continue to provide the best in Agents!

David shares those values. Embodies those value. His natural zest for people and life that just is so readily apparent to anyone who meets “Chauncey”!

We found our way back in and I want everyone to welcome David as the new “Face of Premiere Land Services”!
